Fun with LEGO Tree House 31010

No comments:

The idea of a Tree House always symbolises fun and adventure for children, the thought of having your own space high above everything and everyone else with all the supplies you need (at least you thought at that time) was every child's wish.

So I guess that's why the LEGO Tree House 31010 set won the 2013 Parents Best Toys award. Seeing that it was an inexpensive and small set I decided to get one for my son to play up the idea.

Teach an old bicycle new tricks

No comments:

I was seeking an entry level 12" bicycle for my son to pick up cycling some time back, naturally there we tons of options out there from affordable to expensive models but they all had something in common. They pretty much all came with a little too much bells & whistles and nasty colours along with awful graphics.

Light up your LEGO Town

No comments:

Here's a little gift of illumination for fellow LEGO town Mayors. LEGO officially produces Light Bricks (part# 4667622)  but are only available with relevant sets like the Creator Family House 31012. When I started the Lighthouse I was looking around for options of getting it lit up, that's when I stumbled upon this awesome little thing.

Muti-purpose kids activity table

I've been looking around for an activity table for the kids and while there were various options out there there are a lot of hit and misses, single purpose oriented, expensive, lack functional and practical features.

10 LEGO® Architecture and Interior building tips

No comments:
Here are 10 useful building tips by the LEGO® Creator team.

These videos have been out for a while so I thought I'd compile and share the ones that I like for those interested and working on their own LEGO® Modular MOC.

There are other great videos out there as well but these tips offer simple principles for LEGO® architecture and interior, enough information to get started on your own creation.

Enjoy the videos and happy building.
