LEGO® Camper Van [City Garage 4207]

In 2012 LEGO® released a really awesome LEGO® CITY set called the City Garage 4207, included in the set were 4 vehicles and one of them was this really cool retro Camper Van. My son really liked it so we decide to do a special Quick Look at the little vehicle; video included. 

The Camper Van from 4207 is about the nicest little vehicle I've seen so far, it fits 2 minfigures perfectly with room for a little table and mug.

If you didn't get a chance to get the City Garage 4207 set you can certainly still build the Camper Van if you have the parts. It requires 64 pieces and is a pretty easy build so great for the kids.

Have any of these LEGO® pieces lying around at home?

It's built on your standard 4x12 stud vehicle base that's commonly used in most LEGO® CITY vehicles, so if you've built other small CITY vehicles it should be all familiar.

From the front it may look rather narrow but this build is about simplicity so what's to complain.

The original colour of the Camper Van from the City Garage 4207 comes in Tan, but nothing stops anyone from changing it up. Below are some azure and white options. One can certainly do the classic VW Red.

Finally for those that have a LEGO® town or plan to build one you will definitely need vehicles to fill your roads and this Camper Van is a cool vehicle to have in any town.
